Dear Members,
In line with our commitment to transparency, we are again providing a detailed breakdown of the 2026 annual dues and contributions. These figures reflect the revised long-term funding strategy set out in the recent communication from the Chair and CEO (available to view here).
2026 Annual Dues and Contributions

Key Points
- Net Operating Costs have increased by £749. £406 (6%) due to inflation and normal business pressures and £343 (4%) relating to the transition of share commission fees from operating income to the capital reserve fund accounts.
- Sustaining Capex continues (increasing by inflation) in accordance with the Club’s 10-year capital maintenance plan and in 2026 we are delighted this value includes an upgrade to the terrace. *Concept rendering available to view below – please note that this is subject to refinement.
- Contingency Fund target of £300k has been met; no further contribution is required in 2026.
- Garden Project Collection will be complete after January 2026
- Capital Contribution introduced from 2026 as part of the Club’s 5-year funding plan set at an initial £350 for 2026.
- Food & Beverage Levy will remain at £1000 in 2026
We thank you for your continued support as we invest in The Wisley’s future. This approach ensures the Club’s financial strength while allowing us to deliver improvements that protect and enhance the quality of your membership experience.

David Shepherd
