Following the cold spells of the past few weeks, the ladies had a lovely February’s day for their Stableford competition.

We had a rare instance of a shared tie for the lead with both Jo Owens and Tina Morrison Sinclair shooting a score of 35 stableford points over The Church & Mill. Not rare in the fact that two players were tied for first, rather that when we looked at their back-nine score to decide the winner we found they had matched each others stableford points all the way down to the last hole. Congratulations to Jo and Tina in their joint win of the February Ladies Stableford.

For our third place positions we also had to look at the back-nine scores for Susie Lee and Fiona Hockless as they both scored 34 points. Fiona’s 18 points over the Mill gives her the spot with Susie’s 17 points placing her in fourth.

We would like to thank you all for taking part in today’s event.
