The Chalice

It was a cold start to the day, but the sun shone throughout as 105 members took to The Church & The Mill for The Chalice. For most of the day, David Cope looked to have the lead with an excellent score of 38 points, which included a hole-in-one on Mill 5. However, Derek Love had other plans, posting 39 points late in the day to claim the win.

Cindy Dawes finished second on 38 points, taking the position on countback with 22 points on the back nine. David Cope also scored 38 points and placed third with 19 points on the back nine.

Hole-In-One

Congratulations to David Cope, who holed his tee shot on Mill 5 using a 9-iron. The group didn’t see the ball drop from the tee, adding to the surprise when they found it in the hole.

Rank List

With the results from The Chalice now in, the Rank List sees some early movement. Neil Sharpe maintains his lead with 615.8 points, followed by Derek Love in second place on 500. Cindy Dawes and Robin Choudhury are tied in third with 375 points each. David Cope climbs into fifth place with a total of 365.11 points.
