Alan Thomas wins the September edition of the Midweek Stableford competition with a score of 43 points. Playing over The Church & The Mill, Alan’s round saw two gross birdies on the card and an impressive net score of 23 points on The Mill.
Kevin Langston was charging for the lead with an exceptional bogey free score of 5 under gross over the Church for 26 points in his front nine, the back-nine score didn’t quite match his front-nine score and Kevin finished his round one point behind at fine 42 points.
Finally, Nicholas Squire and Brian Hargie were tied at 41 points with Nicholas taking the third position on countback – thanks to a second nine score of 19 points on the Church.
