On a sunny Tuesday, Members enjoyed perfect golfing conditions for the September Midweek Medal, played over The Mill and The Garden.

Jonathan Pope and Doug King tied for the lead with impressive net scores of six-under-par 66. To break the tie, we looked at their back-nine scores on The Garden, where Jonathan Pope edged out the win with a net 29.5. Doug King secured second place with a net 33.5.

Luke Carby, a late addition to the field, who joined just 30 minutes before the first tee time, finished in third place with a solid net score of four-under-par 68.

Low Gross

In the Low Gross competition, Luke Carby had an outstanding round. He started strong with two birdies in the first two holes, aced Mill 7, and went on a birdie streak from holes 13 to 15. His brilliant round of three-under-par 69 earned him the low gross title.

Neil Sharpe finished second with a gross score of 72, while Alistair Brown placed third with a gross 74.

In the Rank List, Peter Harrison remains in the lead, sitting 210.4 points ahead of Daryl Cook, with Neil Sharpe holding third place, 247.85 points behind Peter.
