The wind was a constant factor all day during the 2022 RTJ Trophy. However, it did little to hinder Tony Fan from winning the tournament. The big scores came on The Garden (22 points) and The Church (21 points) which put him in the lead with 43 points after 18-holes. Tony’s 18 points on The Mill helped him reach a total of 61 stableford points over all three nines of the Club to give him the first place position.

Derek Love followed closely behind after 18-holes with 24 points on The Garden and 17 points on The Church, giving him 41 points. Derek’s 19 points over his final 9-holes on The Mill allowed him to maintain his second place position until the end, finishing with 60 points.

In third place both Mike Chard and Gordon Brodie came in with 56 points. To break the tie we had to look at the back-nine of their morning 18-hole round. Gordon’s 16 points on The Garden places him in third place. Mike’s 15 points on The Mill just misses the final podium position and places him in fourth.
