The 2024 Charity Team Challenge Raises £52,000!

Our Members and their guests gathered for an enjoyable day of golf with the scope of raising funds for The Wisley Foundation. Twenty teams competed in Best Two-from-Four Stableford format with the team of Ross Kemp, James Thompson, Steve Blight, and John Watts edging out the rest of the field with 92 points to claim first place.

Participants were able to further contribute to The Wisley Foundation through the Charity Team Challenge Auction held annually in occasion of the event. A heartfelt THANK YOU to all Members, including both those who attended the day & those who donated outside of the competition, and the members of staff who both aided & donated on the day – you all together helped raise an amazing £52,000!

The day was finished by a moving talk from guest speaker Kas Girdler, the Community Engagement Officer from The Foundation Centre, a charity which is supported by The Wisley Foundation and based within St Luke’s Cancer Centre in Guildford’s Royal Surrey Hospital.
