After play was stopped twice due to nearby lightning strikes we were eventually able to complete the May Midweek Medal.

Going out in one of the earlier groups proved benificial to Mike Chard who finished his round in an excellent four-under-par net 68 around The Mill & The Garden.

Andrew Bacon followed closely behind with a net two-under-par 70.

And taking the final podium position with third place we have Charles Scott who shot a net level-par 72.

Ali Brown wins today’s Nearest to the Pin challenge supporting the Ukraine Appeal placing his shot 95cm from the flag on Mill 5.

In the Rank List Iqbal Dhanji maintains his first place position 255.28 points ahead of Peter Gray. Paul Weston moves up into third place overtaking Ali Brown who drops down to fourth. With today’s win Mike Chard jumps up 8 places into fifth place.
