The March Midweek Stableford, saw a severe frost delay of two and a half hours, pushing back the start of play. Once underway, conditions improved dramatically, with the sun breaking through and temperatures rising to a pleasant 12 degrees. A 9-hole competition was played over The Church, with 66 Members taking part.
Scott Livingston secured first place with a fantastic 23 stableford points, setting the pace for the field.
The battle for second place was decided on countback, with Ellie Hong taking the spot with 20 points, edging ahead with 15 points over the last six holes. David Wilkinson also finished on 20 points but placed third with 14 points on the last six holes.
A five-way tie for fourth place saw Stuart Owens, Colin Braid, Helen Heasman, Jo Owens, and John Rowe all finishing with 18 points, rounding out the top of the leaderboard.
