An urgent reminder that frozen lakes present an even greater risk than during the rest of the year. Ice that may seem solid initially, will thin out the further from the bank it is, therefore we have a strict policy that no attempt must be made to retrieve a ball, and clubs and trolleys that may inadvertently stray onto ice, must be retrieved by select trained staff. Please inform the Pro Shop immediately if this happens to you.

Additionally thaws and rain will affect the river heights and flow, and vigilance by all players is paramount to safety. Do not enter water courses for any reason.

Kind regards,
