Midweek Medal
After three cancellations due to freezing conditions, the first event of 2025 finally took place on Tuesday, 21st January, with 45 members competing over The Garden & The Church. Despite the frosty start to the year, and a frosty delay on the day, the players were eager to get back on the course for this long-awaited competition.
Ian Nickoll took the top spot, finishing net three-under-par 69, claiming the net victory.
In second place, Charlie Lesser posted a solid net two-under-par 70.
The battle for third place came down to countback, with John Walker edging out Susie Lee. Both players finished net one-under-par 71, but John’s net 33 on The Church earned him third place, while Susie’s net 35 placed her in fourth.
