Dear Members,

It is with great sadness we inform you that Tim Lintott, a proud Wisley Member of 31 years, passed away on the evening of Friday, 12th August, after a 5-year battle with cancer.

Tim joined just a few months after The Wisley first opened in 1991, whilst living in Hong Kong at the time. On return to the UK, Tim was an active member of the Club, participating in many social & golf events.

Since 2017, Tim was a Lady Margaret Beaufort Fellow of Christ’s College at the University of Cambridge after matriculating in 1971 to read Law. Tim very generously focussed on the Spyrou Scholarship and the College’s Outreach activity.

Our sincere condolences are with his wife Susie, and daughters Katie, Rosie and Lucy during this difficult time.

Sincerely,
The Wisley
