After a week of frozen greens the first board event of the year managed to get underway on full greens. The day remained overcast but mild with great playing conditions. Our winning team of Margaret Blain & Chih Liu took full advantage of this coming in with 42 points over The Mill & The Garden.
We had to look at the back-nine scores for our next two positions with two teams tied for second with 41 points, Chris & Andrea Driver and Charlie Lesser & Sally Smith.
Charlie & Sally scored 21 points on The Garden giving them the second place spot.
Chris & Andrea’s 20 points gave them the final podium spot.
